6 Awesome Tips That Can Help You Go From Being Fat To Fit

Eat less than you burn because when you eat whole foods, it’s hard to overeat them.

You can do it. You can lose weight and go from being fat to fit. Of course, you would have to work on it. It just doesn’t happen overnight. If it could happen that way, then getting fit wouldn’t be much of a problem for most folks.

Wouldn’t it be just great to go from being fat to fit without exerting any kind of effort? Unfortunately, that’s not possible. You would really have to exert some effort to make the whole process safe for your body.

The fact that extra effort is needed to lose weight is the one thing that most folks fear. It’s for that reason that most folks think it’s not possible to go from being fat to fit.

That is a total misconception. The truth of the matter is that you can do it. As long as you are committed to seeing yourself transform from being fat to fit, you can do it.

Fitness and health expert, Tony Horton, believes that it’s possible for you to go from being fat to fit. Known as an Elite Trainer, Tony has designed and created various workout exercises that you can easily do within the comforts of your own home.

Tony is mostly known for the P90X home workout regimen. This particular workout regimen is so awesome that you can do in just a matter of minutes.

As a fitness and health expert, Tony believes in putting equal importance on both exercise and diet. He has some awesome diet tips that can really help you go from being fat to fit. Take a look at the video below where he shares his six valuable diet tips.

We’re going to talk about the basics, right now. Things that you need to know to make that transformation I know you’ve always wanted to make. We got an exercise program called P90. But with P90, comes a food program. These two things have to work in conjunction and these, my friends, are the six steps to transforming your body when it comes to food and eating.

Eat Less Than You Burn

Are you ready for the first tip? It actually is a no-brainer but it’s something most folks miss out each time they attempt to get fit. Here’s Tony’s first tip:

So what’s the first tip? It’s obvious. Eat less than you burn. If you eat healthy things, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins, and healthy fats; stay away from the garbage and the stuff that you’re used to eating maybe burgers, hotdogs, and pizza … then chances are, you will, inevitably, eat less than you burn because when you eat whole foods, it’s hard to overeat them.

It does sound easier said than done but it really is the way to go if you want to go from being fat to fit. You can’t be eating more than what you are burning. You will definitely end up gaining more weight if you’re eating way more than you’re burning.

According to Tony, you won’t end up overeating if you munch on whole foods. Staying away from garbage foods like pizza, burgers, and hotdogs can spare you the tedious task of counting calories just so you can go from being fat to fit. With whole foods, you can feel full and not have to count the calories.

That’s pretty good because who wants to count calories? No one has the time to do that. If eating whole foods can spare you from counting calories, then why not give it a try?

Question is, how can you get a regular supply of whole foods? You can. By seeking help from a diet meal delivery service called Bistro MD, you can get a regular supply of whole foods to keep you full throughout the day.

Bistro MD brings to you a healthy and nutritious diet that can help you stay away from garbage food like pizza, burgers, and hotdogs. Since it’s a home delivery service, all you have to do is to wait at home to get healthy dishes that consist of whole foods. Bistro MD is just about the easiest way to get whole foods on your table.

Stick To A Regular Eating Schedule

Take a look at Tony’s second tip. It’s nothing complicated. As a matter of fact, it’s something you should do even if you’re not trying to lose weight.

Number two, stick to a schedule. When you get up in the morning, you gotta have breakfast. Steel-cut oats with berries in them. Simple and easy. Maybe a three-white omelet with lots of veggies because you’re going to need those seven … seven servings of vegetables a day. So if you can get some veggies in the morning, at lunch, and at dinner, it’s doable.

Did you ever think you had to eat some veggies for breakfast? Well, according to Tony, you have to.

With the chef prepared dishes of Bistro MD, you can start the day loading up with tomatoes. That’s a very easy way to get a daily dose of veggies.

Stay Hydrated

The third tip is no rocket science. You have heard this tip over and over from fitness, health, and medical experts.

Hydrate and cleanse. How do you do that? Water! Carbonated water and tea. Maybe little cups of coffee for you coffee drinkers. Do not, I repeat, do not consume your calories through liquids. It’s part of the reason why you got trouble and trouble in the first place.

Eat Real Foods

The market is flooded with too many processed foods. They’re cheap and unfortunately, they taste good. Well, with the amount of preservatives in them, it doesn’t really come as a surprise that they taste good. Preservatives can make a lot of foods taste good. Unfortunately, preservatives are just not good for your body.

According to Tony, you need to stay away from foods that contain preservatives. You are better off eating real foods.

Pick and know what you’re eating. Look down at your plate and see if you recognize stuff that maybe your great, great, great grandparents recognize. That’s elk, that’s buffalo, that’s fish, that’s salmon, that’s chicken …That’s kale, carrots, and broccoli, cucumbers, apples, pears, and cherries and bananas. These are things that come off the limb, out of the ground, from the tree.

That’s the food that you should eat. So pay attention to it. Look down and see if you’ve got something that came from a factory. Something that’s a cracker, a chip, or a cookie, or a cupcake, or a whatever. Get away from that stuff. That’s part of the problem and you need to get away from those things.

If you really want to get away from foods that have been processed in factories, another great option for you is Diet-To-Go. You get real foods that taste delicious because they have been prepared and cooked by chefs.

Control Your Food Portions

The fifth tip is something you have probably heard a lot of. Nonetheless, Tony highly recommends that you control your food portions.

Control your portions. It’s very important. We’re eating too much, way too much, massive quantities…If it fits at the palm of your hand, that’s okay. When it comes to protein, clean and healthy protein, six ounces is the max … Most of us are overeating … Eat slowly. You’re going to feel better. You will be successful.

Controlling your food portions is not an easy thing to do. At some point, you will end up eating more than you should.

What you need is a diet plan that can control food portions for you. With Diet-To-Go, you can eat full meals without having to worry about food portions. The food portions of Diet-To-Go are carefully controlled and presented to you as a full meal. You just have to eat them.

Do Not Under Eat

Tony’s last tip hits home for most people. Under eating is not the safest way to go from being fat to fit. As a matter of fact, you might even end up going from fat to fatter if you under eat.

According to Tony:

Don’t under eat. People go way too far. They don’t consume enough calories and so all of a sudden, they’re not only burning fat but they’re burning that beautiful muscle. Minimum 1200 calories a day if you’re calorie counter. If you’re starving, eat more. eat clean. Don’t eat garbage if you’re starving.

You can definitely go from being fat to fit with Tony’s six tips. Seeking help from a home delivery service like Bistro MD will make all the six tips very doable for you.

Yes, Dylan! You are right! Calories should never be consumed through liquids. That means giving up soda and alcoholic beverages. There’s so much sugar in soda that if you were to drink a can of it, you would have exceeded the recommended amount of it. Just imagine doing that every single day. As for alcoholic beverages, those are the kind of drinks you should enjoy on special occasions only. They should also never be taken in every single day. Water is the best way to stay hydrated.

A regular eating schedule is the key to really lose weight. That way you won’t end up eating anything in excess. Also, your body won’t get into a starvation mode that can hinder weight loss. Eating regularly will give your body some sense of balance. It won’t get hungry nor will it crave for anything that’s just not good for the body.

You are right, Dylan. Sticking to a regular eating schedule plays a huge factor in the whole weight loss process. It doesn’t starve the body and that’s a critical factor in making the weight loss process work. If the body isn’t hungry, it can do many things like burn more calories.

You would really have to count calories to avoid under eating and to eat less than you burn. Those those things are really dependent on your daily calorie intake.

I agree. Under eating is not the right way to lose weight. I thought it was, but it never helped to lose weight. Most of the time, I ended up hungry. That made me moody, grumpy, and very unhappy. Eating less than what we burn means we really have to monitor our food intake. But a diet like Diettogo helps. I have been on it for about two months now and it’s working very well for me. I totally agree with you, Dylan.

You nailed it, Dylan. You just have to eat less than you burn to really get back to shape. The hard part really is doing it. Making sure that you are eating less than you burn is not an easy task at all. That requires supervision from experts such as fitness trainers and dietitians.

If you’re really serious about losing weight, the first thing you should do is to establish your daily calorie count. From there, you can easily start a plan that can help you reach your weight loss goal.

A diet like DTG can really help establish our daily calorie count. With their diet analysis, it’s easy to know exactly what our calorie intake should be. Of course, we should still see our doctor first. That’s a total must. Nonetheless, the diet analysis of DTG is still pretty much a big help because it’s hard to really know what our calorie intake should be especially if we are trying to lose weight.

I agree you with there but you do know that it’s not easy to establish a daily calorie count, right? I honestly think it’s a lot more convenient to join a meal service that offers portioned food. These services usually do the calorie count for you.

You’re right to a certain extent. However, it’s safer to start a weight loss diet with the recommendation of a doctor first. Everything else can follow after that.

Going from fat to fit is not exactly a free ride. You would have to spend some money and time to go from being fat to fit. That’s the reality of things but the good thing is that there are affordable diet plans that we can sign up for. Also, there are free resources, such as your website, that can really help us go from being fat to fit. Thanks for sharing, Dylan.

I don’t mind going from fat to fit. I think that’s great but I want to avoid going from fat to fit to fat. That’s too much for me to handle. I want to lose weight and keep the weight off for good. So thank you very much for the tips.

These are simple tips but they’re not that easy to do, especially if you have to do them on a regular basis. Portioning meals the right way takes a lot of effort. A meal replacement plan like DTG can do all the work for me. The food is delivered to me and I don’t have to think about the calories.
